Jeff was our realtor for both selling our old home and buying our new one. His expertise helped us sell our home for $15K over asking price and win a bidding war for our new home. Jeff was great. He listened to what we wanted and offered great recommendations and advice when we asked. Our process was bumpy (not to Jeff or realtor companys fault at all) and Jeff was kind, patient and very through and was definitely getting us the best deal for this. We were moving from MD to PA a good 5 hours away. When we finally were able to go to PA we look at houses we had only scheduled 1 full day at that time. He helped us find our dream home in 1 day. A house we alomost walked away from because we didn't think we would qualify and he was the one who stopped us. He was the one that called our loan guy and they both said "Go for it!" Jeff was very attentive with us even a state away from beginning to end. Any questions he had the answer and if he didn't he would find it. I want to point out, He is very knowledgeable about structures of the house also. There was a few we saw that the basement walls had issues and he pointed out the foundation and let us know what could happen example restraints on walls, mold/mildew etc. I do highly recommend Mr. Jeff Johnson.

I want to thank Jeff for the amazing job he did finding us our dream home! I met Jeff while working our 9-5 job. He has an amazing personality and is extremely engaging. He was mindful of our time, as we have two very young children and had to get a babysitter every time we went to look at houses. We were not sure the area we wanted to live in and Jeff took us to houses all over just for me to say no. Once we found a house, he gave us recommendation for an inspector who we were impressed with. We made an offer on a house that they accepted only for us to realize a few weeks later there was an HOA on the property that had strict rules. We made the very hard decision to term our offer with that house, Jeff was very supportive with our decision. Since he had already sold our current house he had to hustle to find us a new one before our closing. He was out of town and sent us several houses he knew we would love and he even came back into town early to show us a house. One of which we absolutely love and ended up purchasing. We couldnt be more thrilled with the house and the whole process with Jeff. Jeff also sold our old house, because hes just that good. The house was listed on the market for two days and we had 12 people scheduled to come view the house. Jeff worked with us and around our kids naps to schedule these people to view the house. He definitely made us feel that we were important in both the buying and selling process. After those two days we accepted an offer for our old house. Thank goodness too, packing up the kids for each showing is hard work. Jeff was always mindful of our time and understanding with our kids. My daughter absolutely loves him and still asks if we can look at houses so we can see Jeff. Jeff is a great asset! He is understanding, caring and personable. He took the time to get to know us and what our tastes were. Whenever we would look at a house and we would walk in, he would get excited alongside us and point out the things we were looking for in the house. Throughout the entire process, Jeff was very communicative of where we were in the process and just to check in on how we were feeling about the home search/negotiation process.What really stood out about Jeff was his knowledge about the neighborhood we were looking in. Since he also lives near us, he knew a lot about the homes in the area, what each had to offer, the pros and the cons of the houses we were looking at. Jeff was amazing! I ran into him by chance on a house viewing and immediately loved his energy and excitement for the job, as well as his professionalism. I took his business card and shortly after we were in touch about looking at other homes. He was very easy to talk to and was always available to speak with. We went on multiple different house viewings until my boyfriend and I fell in love with one. Jeff was incredibly helpful with deciding what a good price would be to offer, and we ultimately got the home. As first time home buyers we could not have asked for a better realtor!

We decided to work with Jeff after meeting him while he was showing an open house we attended. He was so personable and friendly we agreed to use him as our agent even though we were only semi seriously looking at the time. He was patient with us as we moved into seriously looking and guided us through the process well as we were first time home buyers. Overall working with Jeff was a great experience there are a few key points about our experience outlined below. 1. As first time home buyers we were mostly clueless about the process and Jeff was able to guide us though it well. Not only did he do his part, he was able to recommend a mortgage broker for us that will also be receiving a five start review, and that broker used a law firm for the closing that will also be getting a five star review, and the home inspector he recommend will be getting a five star review. We had a nearly flawless buying experience and it started because we picked Jeff to work with and he knew the right people.2. Jeff listened to what we were looking for and who we were as people. After our sit down meeting with him where we outlined what was important to us Jeff really "joined the crew" per say when we were looking at houses, he often added his input pointing out things we would like about houses and things we wouldn't like about houses. His input was always measured against our standards. We often walked into or out of houses and Jeff would give us an honest assessment of how he felt the house lined up with what we wanted and he was always on point. It was nice to have someone that would help bring us back to our overall vision if we got too enamored with one aspect while forgetting other things we originally thought were important. 3. We never felt any pressure to make decisions we didn't want to make. House walkthroughs were more like having a good friend checking your instincts rather than a salesman at your back. We appreciated this even when we got into talks with sellers who we couldn't reach agreements with. Jeff never pushed us to finish the process if we weren't feeling comfortable with the deal. He would tell us the pros and cons, and gave us time to make our decision. 4. Jeff worked like a mad man to get us into places we wanted to see. Sometimes we would have three showings lined up in a day and my wife would find another place she wanted to look at and somehow while we were looking at house #2 for the day he was able to add a 4th visit in before the end of the day. He was flexible with his schedule and worked to fit within ours. There were times he should have been home eating Dinner with his family that he was grinding for us instead. Overall working with Jeff was an excellent experience. He's a good real estate agent and importantly also just a great person.

Jeff was outstanding throughout the entire home buying process. Being relatively new to the region, it was great to have an agent with knowledge of the multiple areas of Pittsburgh. He was extremely hard working, personable, and quickly responded to all of our questions. He was there every step of the way, making sure everything was taken care of from home viewings, negotiations, and communication with our loan provider.
