We were referred to Jeff by a friend that used him recently in their home purchase in Punta Gorda since we were looking for a condo in the same area. Jeff worked well for us and we closed on the perfect condo this week.

Throughout the process Jeff was available, informative (about the areas and things we should note in the homes we looked at), and most of all, patient with the weeks and weeks it took for us to finally decide on a home to buy. He was very helpful in negotiating an offer, and once the offer was accepted, in navigating the purchase and closing. I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff in the past, he would sell my flips after I would remodel them in 10 days!!!!!! He would always get me top dollar and they where marketed all over. Jeff is very enthusiastic, knowledgable, a hard worker and has explained to my buyers why they are paying more and why for them my properties where always worth it. I wish Jeff was around when I was in Ohio building we both would have made a lot more $$$$$ then!!!!!! This recent deal, a NEW build from scratch took a bit longer he brought me a sale in 45 days and WE CLOSED in 10 !!!!!!!!
