I highly recommend Jeff Abbott with CRIS Realty. We interviewed several Real estate agents to help us sell and purchase a new home in Frankfort. We chose Jeff based on a friends recommendation and on his market knowledge of the area. It didnt hurt that his locally owned company is a leader in Frankfort. On the sale side Jeff had our home under contract for over asking price with multiple offers in just a few days. He did a brilliant job of marketing. It seemed it was advertised everywhere. Professional photos, newspaper ad, all the Real Estate websites, Social Media, etc. He even helped with Staging advise before it was professionally photographed. It was a record sale price for our neighborhood. On the buy side we had some strict requirements and were having a hard time finding what we were looking for. Jeff called several of the top agents in the area and found a home that was already under contract, but we were able to bump it because of a sale contingency. Our appraisal came in much higher than the purchase price so we already have good equity in our new home. He picked up the phone every time we had a question.
