Couldn't have done it without Jeff Baccari! We were tasked with selling our home in Central Florida and buying a home in South Florida at the same time. Jeff found us an associate to help the sale of our house in Central Florida and began showing us every property imaginable in the Hollywood Beach area we wanted. Once we found a property that we fell in love with, of course it was just over our budget. But with Jeff leading the way, we were able to work with the sellers and make a deal. Jeff a phenomenal real estate agent. My husband and I were first time home buyers and we have always been skeptical of needing an agent, let alone finding a decent one. Jeff took us out shopping for homes several times before we fell in love with a community. In our quest to find a home, we met many realtors who were unprofessional and slimy. Jeff's personality sets him far ahead from the ones we met. Once the negotiations and contracts began, Jeff was more than helpful when it came to explaining how things went down (again, we were first time home buyers, so we needed a lot of explaining).
