Jeffrey is an amazing agent. As first time home buyers, he was phenomenally helpful walking us through the process, and handling many details of it himself. I cannot recommend him enough. Jeffrey has great contacts. He's very honest, friendly, and professional, and he knows other friendly and professional people. He had excellent recommendations for a mortgage loan officer, a closing attorney, a home inspector, and various contracting companies. He set up appointments and contracts for us (simply giving us options where there where multiple quotes); we pretty much only had to handle the mortgage and home insurance ourselves (and even those Jeffrey had recommendations for). He provided excellent advice throughout the home buying process, and answered our texts and calls at all hours (even on major holidays!). He was able to set up house visits and draw up contracts on very short notice, which was important in this market. He knows the industry and the market very well, and often had useful insight into neighborhoods and the history of various houses we looked at. He warned us of potential problems in any house we looked at, and made suggestions about how things might be fixed including ballpark cost estimates. Jeffrey consistently went above and beyond our expectations.
