Jeff was absolutely incredible. This was the second home we sold and our experience with Jeff was vastly different from our first experience.First, it felt as if Jeff was personally invested in our homeat times more than we were. He employed tons of strategies to ensure in we maximized the value of our home in a down market.Second, he never pushed us to sell. And, in fact, he was very honest with respect to offers we received as they pertained to the time it was on the market. We sold during the increased interest rate hikes. We were definitely in situations where other realtors would have recommended accepting lower offers than we ultimately accepted to minimize their own personal investment. Jeff on the other hand recommended the opposite, almost seemingly against his own interests. This made the process almost relaxing.Third, Jeff was great at getting the deal done. We initially received tons of demands from the buyer. We relied on Jeff to negotiate most, thought it felt like all, of those demands down.We would strongly recommended Jeff for your home selling or buying needs. He puts his clients first in all regards.

I couldn't have asked for a better Real Estate Agent for the purchase of my first home. Jeff and I met at an Open House, and I clicked with him so well that I ditched my other agent to work with Jeff. As a first-time home buyer, I had somewhat of a limited budget, and Jeff went above and beyond to find the perfect home for me and to focus on my needs rather than just seeking a commission for himself. We toured dozens of properties together, and he was always honest with me about the pros and cons of each property. He never pressured me to close on a home, and once I was finally ready, he was great at negotiating the price down with the seller to meet my budget. He was very patient in explaining to me how the home buying process works, from contingencies, to appraisals, to commissions, etc. We also got to know each other personally through this process and established a nice friendship. I look forward to working with Jeff again once I decide to upsize, and I highly recommend other home buyers, new or veteran, work with him.

My partner and I had already found the home we wanted and we were lucky enough to be connected with Jeff when we sought out a real estate agent to help us with purchasing the home. I can't say enough about how his professionalism and demeanor put us at ease and made our first time buying a home seamless and easy to navigate. He was always ready to give advice when we asked and willing to listen when it was time to make a decision. We found him to be resourceful, personable, trustworthy, and reassuring. I have to say that I found the process of buying a home harrowing and I could live without ever going through it again and I hope I never will... but if I ever had to, I would call Jeff, no question.

Jeff is simply great! He is knowledgeable, responsive and overall a great communicator. We had to deal with a particularly difficult seller agent, but Jeff was persistent and got us the results that we needed.
