My husband and I bought our very first home this year in October. We were nervous because we didn't know what to expect when it came to look for a home. We hired Jeff Duncan to be our realtor and he was amazing. We were so impressed with how organized and focused he was on finding us the home of our dreams. We got daily updates on houses that were for sale, that were in our price range and ready to be looked at. Every time we liked a house all we had to do was call Jeff and he made it happen for us. Jeff was a busy realtor with other clients, but we never felt like he had too much on his plate because he was always there to show us a house and answer all our questions. Jeff was not pushy like some realtors are. He was very patient with us as we saw one house after another that we didn't like. He was so positive he just said keep your heads up the right one will show up. He was constantly watching homes and always knew the status of every house we wanted to see. Most importantly, he easily understood what we were looking for in a house and he went above and beyond to find us one. I am a very picky person, and Jeff was so kind he always listened to my opinions about every house. I highly recommend Jeff for anyone. He will truly go above and beyond for anyone to help them find their dream home. I have recommended Jeff to multiple people and I would do it again and again. My husband and I were extremely satisfied.

Highly recommend Jeff!! An amazing realtor and person! He works very fast and efficiently! I met with him on a Friday. He was able to put together 9 houses for us to look at the very next day. Later that night, we decided to put an offer in on one of the houses. He had forms sent to our email within hours. Monday he heard back with the counter offer which we accepted. There has been zero delay with Jeff! Very very happy homeowner!!!! ???? Oh, I should also mention my parents and my brother both used Jeff and highly recommended him!
