Jeff is the professional I would recommend to anyone looking to sell, buy or both. He is very knowledgeable and so very patient. Qualities you don't often find these days. He keeps you well informed, organized, on track for success! He very responsive to calls/texts/emails. Jeff sold my townhouse within days and helped to find the perfect house at the same time! He carefully walks you through each step and process along the way. A short time ago I placed a call for assistance with a home I viewed online and I'm so grateful that Jeff was the realtor that responded to my request!

I am a first time home owner so I needed a realtor who was going to be patient and willing to walk me through the process of buying a home - I got all of that with Jeff. Our house was not selling with another agency so we took it off the market.. We relisted it with Reality United and Jeff sold it for our asking price very quickly! During the pandemic there are challenges that Jeff and his team did an excellent job mitigating, through state of the art virtual tools and great social media marketing. Jeff himself was everything you would expect in a good agent. He actively marketed and showed the property, stayed on point throughout the negotiations and was always instantly available for any questions and concerns. As a 1st time Home Buyer, I had about a year searching for a Home and was beginning to get discouraged until I met Jeff. Since day one Jeff has been very Informative, and has been guiding us through the process with each home we viewed until we found our 1st home recently. He is very patient and tells it to you how it is, and always gives his honest opinion. He is always available to answer any question and responds quickly, and easy to get along with. Jeff also has given us some good referrals on who to contract for different jobs through out the process (Which Helped me save time) I couldnt have picked a better realtor !!!

Working with Jeff was easy and seamless which is just what I needed during this house purchase. He was very attentive throughout the entire process and very knowledgeable. I had asked many questions along the way and he spent the time being thorough in his answers. He was also able to refer a great loan office and home inspector, again making the process more seamless. Also, the portal, to sign all the documentation that is needed (and oh man is there alot!) was very user friendly. 5 stars for Jeff!
