Our home was previously listed with another Realtor for 90 days....no offers. We listed with Jeff Meyer at the same price on a Friday and by Monday his office had shown our home twice. We received an offer at almost FULL ASKING PRICE, but the best part our total commission was only 3% so we saved about $7500.00 in commissions. We have already recommended him to 1 of our friends and their home is also Under Contract, and Jeff's office-Star One had the buyers for their home also.
