Jeff Minter

From start to finish, the Minter Team went above and beyond to personalize and ensure a positive experience for the sale of our home. They were knowledgeable, organized, and helpful at every step. We greatly appreciated all the additional attention to detail (staging advice and professional photos) that helped us obtain multiple offers. We HIGHLY recommend the Minter Team!

We are very satisfied with the Minter Team! Jeff was very thorough at explaining the real estate process and would give us his honest opinion about any house we looked at. He would always respond to us quickly, no matter the time of the day and was always available to show us houses. We felt that he really cared about where our family ended up

Great family oriented team. Worked with us through a long journey and had our family and situation at the forefront. Loved the experience. We relocated from the South. Had to have a contingency on our purchase, which ultimately held up the deal. They worked with us to find temporary housing, connected us with Lenders that were great and ultimately helped us find and purchase a home in Oregon.

Jeff and Michelle are beyond amazing. They took what has historically been a stressful life event and made it close to enjoyable. They are knowledgeable and professional as well as kind and fun. I will use them again!!

We worked with the Minters to buy our current house and sell our old one, and they were marvelous at both ends of the transaction. They've remained in touch in the years since, and we've been continually impressed by their knowledge of the local market and the amount of work they'll put into ensuring every client's satisfaction.

The Minter team has helped me and my girlfriend buy and sell our houses in Madison and Oregon, Wisconsin. They were very responsive and helpful when we had issues or questions. Additionally, I use them as my go-to team when I need a residential realtor as part of my business (estate administration). They have gone above and beyond in helping to move a piece of real property and helping with the related issues.

Jeff and Michelle were a pleasure to work with. They know Oregon better than anyone and patiently helped us find our perfect home. They walked us through every part of the process, drawing on their resources and expertise to guide us. We would absolutely work with the Minter Team again!

They are not only amazing people, but they are so professional and made us feel comfortable every step of the way selling our house! They offered honest suggestions, sold our house in record time and orchestrated all the pieces perfectly for a smooth closing!

I chose Jeff and Michelle because I have known them for years and they're people I can trust. I finally got to work with them when trying to sell my residential lot and am completely satisfied with the entire process from start to finish. Every question I had was answered and I know it was answered honestly. I couldn't have asked for a better process, which I knew I was getting top tier service when I hired Jeff and Michelle. They're great people that I would highly recommend. Thank you for the excellent experience to work with you!

Jeff was very attentive and responsive to our needs. We are totally new to the area and he walked us through every step of the process. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone in the market for a new home!

Jeff and his team have been fantastic in helping us find our home. Their local knowledge proved to be very helpful when we first moved to the area. We are currently searching for another home and Jeff has again been extremely helpful.
