We worked with Jeff in July 2019 and found him to be very knowledgeable, organized, and a great communicator. He helped us buy the town home we wanted in Plymouth during a hot seller's market. We knew our offer would need to be presented to the sellers right away; he made sure it was presented on the same day we viewed the property. There turned out to be multiple offers on the property and he guided us through the process of making our highest and best offer - and it was accepted! He then guided us through the process of closing in less than a month's time. He made sure that all parties knew what needed to be done to make the closing happen on time, always following up when necessary.
