- Jeffrey listed, but didn't sell, my home
Seemingly knowledgeable. Charming. Pleasant. Hands-off. Questionable judgment. He set up an unlicensed contractor to do work at my house while I was overseas and his listing. The work was ultimately shoddy. Like no upper windows could open during a heatwave, serious damage to the sills, and broken panes. When the contractor denied, deflected, and thus refused to fix, this agent mansplained that I didn't know my own house of 8 years as well as the contractor. Plus my house didn't sell during one of the hottest real estate markets in the NY area. Won't be using him again when I put the house back on the market.
