Jeffrey Shelton

Jeff is an Arizona native and knows the whole state very well. Jeff has been in and out of real estate since 1984. Jeff has worked for major corporations (Manufacturers Hanover Trust, First Interstate Bank, Intuit, Crossland Mortgage, Home Savings of America, State Savings Bank etc and has had his own company(Coppersate Fence LLC. Jeff was a mortgage loan originator for over 10 years where he originated and processed hundreds of residential transactions. Since 2016 Jeff has entered back into the real estate business although he was first licensed in 1984. Jeff realizes that most consumers start their search online and so understanding technology is extremely important when it comes to marketing properties. Jeff has engineered many real estate transactions starting with his first transaction back in 1984 which was an all-inclusive note and deed of trust on an agreement for sale. (wrap).
