The experience we had with Jeff was unbelievable. Everything that he said would happen did. He exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond his duty as a realtor. We met him at a open house and at first he said the open house had just closed and he had a meeting to get to and we would have to return and then he said, heck I will only be a couple of minutes late and then showed us the home.From there it just got better, he made it a point to let us know that he was there to serve the customer. Like I said earlier he went above that. He arranged a rental unit, moving people to help move our furniture, a moving truck and people on our final move at a low price, and suggested a bank which was also a great experience. He sat down and explained in detail all the paper work that we were signing. We have dealt with realtors before in our past moves and Jeff rates high above them all. All I can say is thanks Jeff and all the people we worked with through him, it was a wonderful experience and you can count on if anyone we meet needs a realtor you can definitely know we will send them your way.

Jeff delivers service and experience that is unparalleled. To be clear, I am a first time home buyer, and was going in on a property with my parents whose English is not very good. They had been brought up in a time when real estate agents took the time to learn your needs, and with your budget show you a wide range of options. Jeff delivered on all these stages, and his attention to detail was not lost upon my parents. The exceptional level of service and availability spoke past any barrier that language presented, and for me it was especially a relief as I wanted to whole process to be as stress free for my parents as possible. They could rest well knowing that Jeff had our best interests at heart.

Jeff exceeded my expectations of a realtor. I had several "hurdles" in terms of this transaction. 1) I live out of State; 2) I am the granddaughter and POA for the Seller; 3) the house was full of 52 years of "things" and 4) the location was in an area neither of us were well-versed. Jeff went out of his way to stack the deck with persons knowledgeable in liquidating an estate - he had a team of professionals who handled every aspect of preparing the home for sale, for the sale and for the Close of Escrow. Jeff himself rolled up his sleeves and moved items to ensure the Close Deadline was met. Moreover, Jeff educated himself on a market less familiar to him. He spent time reviewing other listings both electronically and in person, he provided comparisons on updating and selling as-is. And he did all this making it feel seamless while I managed the WA home from AZ. Jeff is outstanding and I recommend him without reservation!

I originally met Jeff when my neighbors sold their home and he was their realtor. As they prepared their home to be listed, Jeff was there personally, practically every day and multiple times per day. I was very impressed watching from afar at Jeff's involvement. A couple years later, my husband and I found ourselves needing to sell our home. When we were searching for a realtor, Jeff was the first who came to mind. I'm so thankful we chose him! Every good perception I had of him was absolutely correct. Jeff has been in the business for a long time and has the knowledge to prepare/list/sell a home so his clients have as smooth a transaction as possible. He is friendly and truly cares for his clients. He is honest and gives straightforward answers. I guess the most glowing recommendation I could give for him is that we have another home to sell and Jeff Snow is the only realtor we called to help us list it!

I received an oversized postcard in the mail from Mr. Snow where it was stated that he had a buyer in my neighborhood. Naturally, I was skeptical, but my circumstances (I was surprised with divorce papers one day) were such that I couldn't be too picky. Two others had already looked at the home, one doing the typical look-over and telling you what he thought it would sell for, the other preparing the typical market analysis of a handful of homes that had sold in our area, but no suggested price, more like completing required homework. In contrast to both of these, Jeff was different. Jeff gave us a wide range of what he thought our house would to could sell for. At one end was what the first realtor had suggested and the second one had implied, but without giving an opinion. At the other end was where he thought the home could sell for if we made some improvements and given "the market." For the latter, he showed us examples of "before" and after. It was our choice as to where on the spectrum we would go; I never felt pressured. He would facilitate the improvements, through contractors he had regularly worked with, removing the time and hassle of screening and vetting these folks on my own. Not only this, but he helped me expedite the massive decluttering task that was ahead for a home that had been lived in for almost 30 years and had many nooks and crannies in its 2,700 square feet. Over the course of the next two months, it was intense, decluttering (donating and dump runs initially, then moving to storage) in the early stages, adapting to the various contractors fixing up the house. Contractors ranged from stellar to good. We listed just after Labor Day, and the home was sold in less than a week. Due to the circumstances that led to this sale, as well as the market, timing and sensitivity were crucial. While Jeff is an extremely busy person who had many other challenges, both work and otherwise last summer, and even though this was during a busy and tight real estate market, I still found Jeff to be very responsive - so much so I assigned specific ring and text tones to him. He was also sympathetic to my varied states of mind, encouraging (in progressing towards sale), and helpful even after the sale (in making the transition), to both myself and my soon-to-be ex-wife, which is no small feat given the circumstances (forced cooperation for the better good) and that getting financing is very difficult if one's divorce isn't final.

We were fortunate enough to begin working with Jeff a bit by accident. He showed us a house he was the selling agent for and ended up working as our buyers agent as well. Can't say enough for how available Jeff made himself, or his partner Michael, to our needs in terms of viewing the house on multiple occasions, discussing issues related to price negotiation, and subsequently issues on inspection report negotiation. Jeff was able to put is in touch with different types of inspectors and subsequently contractors to get the work done on our home that was needed. He was also kind enough to keep the yard trimmed and mowed during the month prior to our closing.I would recommend Jeff to any of our friends and family looking to buy in the greater Seattle area. We are appreciative of all he did for us!
