From day #1, we knew we picked the right team to sell our home in River Bridge. Jeff showed up very prepared with all the supporting comps and prior sales in the area. This way, we were able to "price" our home to sell quickly in a very competitive market. He quickly had a very professional photagrapher show up the next day. They took interior and exterior pictures of the house, landscaping and water views while using a high-flying drone to capture every angle possible. In addition, they posted about 40 awesome pictures of the inside and outside of the house and then added them to Zillow and other websites immediately so our home could get the maximum exposure in a very short time. The Tricoli team also, via the US Post Office, mailed out a very beautiful colorful half page flyer of our home to over 25,000 + people in Palm Beach County as well as following through with other key marketing strategies at no additional cost to us. His team always answered all of our questions and walked us through everything we needed to know or do right up to the closing day. We put our place for sale July 17th and we closed on September 7th and had several offers.
