Scott Post is highly professional, experienced, honest, a no nonsense kind of guy. He made us feel comfortable about the biggest transaction of our lives. Our escrow officer told us that our sale was something she had never seen the likes of in her entire career -- so many delays and bumps in the road. It was frustrating for all concerned. Through all of it, Scott kept the deal on the right course, kept us from freaking out, and made it happen.

Scott was available any time i needed him. We looked at more houses and he was aggressive with an offer that was accepted. Our first home was already valued over $50,000 more than the purchase price by the time we moved in! Way to go scott

There are three things that make Scott a truly great realtor. One, he really listens. We had a limited budget and specific needs. Scott listened to this and worked hard to bring us properties that met our needs, rather than trying to bump up our budget beyond our comfort zone or have us settle for less.Two, Scott worked incredibly hard and without complaint. Again, due to our budget and requirements, Scott had to work really hard to find us properties. But he didn't complain. He always showed us properties that met our criteria and helped us find the home we currently love.Three, Scott was there during and even after the purchase process. Scott's experience extends beyond realty: he helped us with home inspection, lending, escrow and went above and beyond both during and after closing. He didn't disappear once we signed the contracts.We can't say enough great things about our experience using Scott Post in our recent home purchase. We highly recommend him to everyone!

Scott is a great guy and a consummate professional, with intimate knowledge of the Simi/Chatsworth/Box Canyon areas, and perhaps most importantly, a great personality that makes for effective negotiations. The Postman delivered for us in a big way when it came time to sell our house. He established a fair and informed asking price, and then juggled multiple interested parties and ended up getting $10k over asking. The entire time he was easy to reach, freely shared his knowledge and advice, and was more like a friend than an agent. The only downside with the whole process is that I will no longer get a chance to hang out with Scott now that I've moved out of California!

Scott was the best agent we could have ever asked for!! After searching for an agent for months, Scott was lucky number 4, and was incredible. He's super easy to work with, and always wants the best for you. We bought and sold, and he really has your best interest at heart. I have recommended this guy to all friends and family and would use him for anything in the future. I cannot say enough amazing things about him!!
