Jen always made herself available when we needed her. (Even with a broken foot). She made the home buying process easy and fun. She helped us deal with a difficult seller on a sale that we actually ended. Then she helped us find the right property.

Jennifer Hill is by far the best of the best. My wife and I were just researching the Coastal Life, not really certain that we were ready to purchase a home. We made contact with Jen and we immediately knew that she was the real estate agent we were looking for, she had to knowledge, the drive and the want to help us (and we were being quite the picky couple) but she sent us the perfect home and within a month of contacting her, we were under contract with our home. Im very pleased to say that Jen is GREAT at what she does as a real estate agent, but Im just glad Im able to call her my friend. Thanks again Jen!

Jen Hill whas bern super quick with her response and has been genuinely nice to us. We are first time home buyers and she has made sure to walk us through the process explaining step by step. Jen, my partner and I have just started working together. She has taken us out 3 times and has helped us to learn Greensboro and specific neighborhoods in addition to showing us houses. She never rushes us through a showing and is happy to follow up with listing agents if we have any questions. Her responsiveness to our many questions has been fantastic. Jen is a very hard worker and is extremely responsive. She always responded promptly whether I called her, texted her, or emailed her. She is very friendly and cheerful and positive. Anything that she didn't know the answer to, she would be honest about that and not bs her way around anything. She would quickly research any topic and get right back to me. I would definitely recommend her.
