Jen is an amazing agent. She is smart and creative in her advice. She went above and beyond to help meet our needs and get our house sold. We drew multiple offers on the first day our home was on the market, and we credit that largely to Jen's pricing and staging advice. She was extremely responsive to our questions and communicated with us via text, phone, and email throughout days, nights and weekends. She continued to advise us through the inspection and negotiations and was tough on our behalf when we needed her to be. We can't imagine going through this process without Jen!

Jen represented us for the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. She had a very difficult job as she ended up being a dual agent. She handled this responsibility professionally and carefully and in the end got our house sold which turned out to be a long difficult process. She was put into tough situations representing both parties but I think we both ended up feeling like we came out ok. Jen was really amazing when it came to helping us find a home. She was always patient even though we needed to look at many homes and she always made herself available even with short notice. Jen was an absolute pleasure to work with. I found out about her through the recommendation of a friend. She was a great balance of professional yet laid back so we always felt very comfortable speaking and dealing with her. One of the things I loved about Jen is that she wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty. She was the first person to start lifting up the carpet to see if there was hardwood underneath and inspecting the filthiest of crevices to check for mold, mildew, cracks, etc. She was extremely knowledgeable about how much additional work that would be needed to get a house in the condition that we wanted. Jen was great when looking for a single family house. We must have looked at over 40 properties. Eventually, we found everything we were looking for. I live 3 hours south of the Chicago area and was left 2 properties from my brother who had passed away. I was referred to Jen by my daughter's realtor in the Southwest suburbs. It was impossible to make the trip to Chicago as often as was required but Jen made the whole process much easier. Her knowledge and recommendations of local vendors for repairs and arranging delivery/home access appointments was invaluable. She even brought in the garbage cans, turned on the water faucets to drip on frigid nights and set up and executed items to be sold/donated on her web page.
