Jenae Haugh

Jenae Haugh began her career with REALTEAM as a full time agent in May of 2016, wearing many hats since. In 2017, she became the Director of Training with the focus of developing and running a high-level training program. Her goal was for each new agent to have more experience and knowledge than any other first year agent in the business. In 2018, Jenae handed off the daily training and direct mentorship of new agents and took on the role as Director of Marketing. Graduating from Oakland University with a Bachelors in Marketing, this position was the perfect fit. As part of REALTEAM’s leadership core, Jenae is always seeking growth opportunities and helping to execute more efficient business practices. Her goal is to ensure all agents in the company are receiving enough opportunities and continuous coaching to grow, succeed, and support their families. As a practicing real estate agent, Jenae continues to have a strong passion for her clients as she guides them through one of their most life changing experiences, specializing as both a buyers and listing agent.
