I'm not sure how they did this with the amount of houses they sale consistently but they made sure they were at our home monitoring any open house or showing, or inspection. We had the peace of mind that our home was in great hands. One of their team members accidentally locked one of our doors that we didn't have a key to. Within half an hour, they had a locksmith at the house, unlocked the door, re keyed the door we didn't have a key to, as well as two other doors around our property we didn't have keys to. And they covered the bill!!! They are very skilled in the way they advertise homes! The amount of foot traffic they got to come to our home through various advertisement methods was unbelievable! Within 1 week we had over 200 people that came through our home! Okay so lastly and maybe the most important! Purchasing our dream home was contingent on us selling our current home. They are experts in contingent sales. They were able to make the offer for our new house so appealing that we beat out multiple other offers and offers that were not even contingent offers. They also were able to get multiple offers for our home that drove the sale of our home well over asking!!! My husband and I are still amazed and have to pinch ourselves every time we walk into our dream home. If you are even thinking about selling or buying a home, you have to call George and Jenan! We just closed on a home in La Canada Flintridge, and it was an absolute pleasure working with Jenan and George. They definitely know the market and with two of them on the job, they were always available to show a house, give input on neighborhoods, and help us navigate the closing process. I would definitely recommend George and Jenan. I used them as my agents when I bought my condo 3 years ago and then again when I sold my condo last month. They helped me look at numerous properties before I finally found the property I wanted. I got a great deal when I bought my property and then I sold my property a few years later at a much higher price. George and Jenan went above and beyond what other real estate agents would do. For example, before my open house I wanted to have a cleaning lady clean my house, but I couldn't take off work and I wasn't comfortable leaving my dog with the cleaning lady because I had never met her before. Jenan came to my house with the cleaning lady and stayed there while she cleaned. Jenan even took my dog on a couple of walks. When I was figuring out what items to buy for my house to stage it before the open house, Jenan helped me pick out pillows and other items. I think they both did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

Bottom line hire George and Jenan, they are the best. Now that we got that out of the way let me explain why I feel so strongly about this. We have worked with George and Jenan three (3) times since 2009. They have helped us with two home purchases and one sale. The most recent deal closing this summer. In all three transactions they went over and above what any other agent would do. Their skill and experience really shows when it comes time to write offers and market properties. I have been absolutely thrilled with the outcomes and in every case, whether we are the buyer or seller, they maximized my value. When we were searching for homes they spent an incredible amount of time showing us properties. With our first home, we learned that our desires had changed as we looked at more properties. We started looking at different neighborhoods and at different price points. They always took the time despite our indecisiveness. During this first transaction with them we probably looked at more than 75 properties, no joke. Jenan would meet me for a whirlwind day where we sometimes looked at 7 homes in a day. This search lasted months. As we saw more homes we started to learn what we really wanted. It was our fault initially that we didn't know what kind of home we wanted or where we wanted to live. They were patient and their advise continued to guide us. In the end we purchased a great home at a great price. It was this initial experience that solidified our loyalty to this team. When it came time to sell this home they provided a complete package. They had an expert interior designer stage the home and that made the property really stand out in a sea of homes for sale. They know how to create enthusiasm for a property. We had eleven (11) people view the home the first day it was on the market, ON A TUESDAY. We sold that home quickly and for an amount that made us very happy. I give them all the credit. I trusted their judgement in all aspects from the listing price, marketing, staging, and even when to bring it on the market. Let me briefly tell you about our second home purchase with them. The market was hot and most homes were getting multiple offers. Good deals were hard to come buy and nice homes sold quickly. Now I don't want to give away any trade secrets but it was their expertise in writing offers that ensured we got the house we wanted and at a great price. It is a lot more complex than throwing more money at the seller, George and Jenan get it, and we got the house! I could go on and on but I think you understand how I feel. My advice, hire George and Jenan. And once you hire them, trust their judgement n all aspects. They know what they are doing and my family has benefited greatly from their expertise.
