Jenevieve was by far the most professional and knowledgeable realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with; and having relocated 8 times, I've worked with quite a few... She was so extremely accommodating to my schedule and always made me feel like I was her only priority. She consistently went above and beyond my expectations, picking me up at the airport and changing her schedule at the last minute. I always had full confidence that she had our best interest in mind as we navigated the transaction. The best part of all, she was extremely friendly and personable; and we quickly became friends. My husband and I interviewed 3 realtors. She was the only one that offered it all! A professional photographer who took vivid photos, a stager, a maid service, and a contractor. The contractor she worked with was honest and very dependable.We were apprehensive choosing Jenevieve because she was the only one that told us we could sell our house at $285k. We had another realtor say $272k and the last realtor said $265k. We were very discouraged but Jenevieve is upbeat, confident and a cheerleader in your corner. She told us with her marketing and staging she could get at least $285k or more. We went with Jenevieve and we are so happy we did. She listed our house on Thursday evening, October 29th. By Friday we got our 1st offer, open house was Halloween weekend. By Sunday we had a bidding war with 3 offers! She sold our house quick and we got $295k, way over asking price. Any time we had questions Jenevieve was quick to respond. She even had our names programmed in her phone so when we called she knew us by name. She is super organized and has an email calendar of every event for your house so you know exactly what to expect. You can't go wrong with Jenevieve. We really enjoyed working with her.

I cannot say enough good things about Jenevieve! We had listed with another realtor and after months and months of frustration we had essentially given up and believed our house was just un-sellable. A friend referred us to Jenevieve and we decided to list with her as a last ditch effort but were honestly weary.
