Jenni took time to find out what I was looking for. She set me up with emails to notify me of homes that fit in my wants and needs,and was readily available to show potential homes. She has excellent people Customer service skills. I was fortunate to find my perfect place, and would not hesitate to use her again.

Jenni was wonderful throughout our entire home-buying process. She met us with a great smile and enthusiasm at every meeting. She was very responsive to our questions, and was flexible to accommodate our busy schedules. She made our buying experience very easy and transparent by staying in contact with us on our cells and emails frequently. This resulted in efficient and hassle-free transactions - just what we needed because we had to travel out-of-state. Jenni is a great coordinator and highly professional. She goes above and beyond to make it the dream a reality. When she was with us, it always felt like we had her undivided attention, and that we were a priority. I recommend her services to all!

We first used Jenni to buy a house when she was with La Rosa realty. We had one weekend to basically pick out a house. She was amazing in finding several places in our range and ultimately helping us find the perfect house. Unfortunately after a year or so we decided to move back to MN. Of course we got in touch with her again. She was now with Keller Williams. The house was priced perfect with her input. Closing was a bit of a disaster. NOT her fault in any way. What she did do was above and beyond. Kept us informed of the process, or options and how we could go about the issues with the seller. Mostly, she stayed positive and brought that upon us. We were waiting to close here contingent on that sale. Her sound advice and upbeat attitude helped make it as painless as it could be. Ultimately everything went through and we are very pleased to have had the chance to work with Jenni. If the opportunity arises to buy in her area again, we will without a doubt be contacting her. By the way, I hate surveys and pretty much never fill them out. That alone should say a hell of alot!!! Thanks again Jen!!!
