My husband and I were first time homebuyers and were a bit nervous about the whole process as there were many things we had questions about. But then we met Jenni and she was absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly prompt, professional, and has a great, positive attitude. Whenever we had questions, she answered them completely and was patient with us - we never felt like she rushed us during any part of the process. Plus Jenni showed us that she really goes above and beyond for her clients. When the seller's realtor failed to do something that was going to have to push our closing, Jenni stepped up for us, got on the phone immediately, and even offered to pay out of her own pocket just so we could still close on the day we planned (although thankfully it worked out!). And through it all, she was truly a pleasure to work with. When we finally did close, she gave us a beautiful binder organized with all of our important paperwork, which was such a nice surprise. It's been a year later and I still use it to this day. We recommend her to everyone we know - she is absolutely the best and we are so thankful that we worked with her!
