Jennifer Brugnolotti Barrier

I’m a seasoned Realtor and Triangle native with a background in construction and design. I serve as co-chair of the Durham Regional Association of Realtors Greivance committee, head of Arts and Environment at St Andrew Apex, a member of the Cary Art Advisory board, founding partner at Inhabit Real Estate and mother to two beautiful boys. I am an artist and I love working with my hands. I work 24/7 because the work we do is important to our clients, who don’t have time to waste. I believe that by doing my job well, I can find my buyers good homes, help them be careful stewards of their resources, smart investors and I can protect them from costly and burdensome problems today and in the future. My numbers prove that I get my sellers more money in less time and I know enough about building to help them prepare for and avoid possible pitfalls. I’m an excellent negotiator and strive to conduct myself with courtesy and respect. My clients benefit from the good relationships I try to foster with my colleagues.
