She is always fully engaged in all aspects of the process, and offers valuable inputs to aid in decisions that need to be made along the way, from the basics such as pulling comps and landing on a sale price, to more involved interactions with the attorney team and nudging the other side (in this case, the buyer’s side) when necessary. She makes herself accessible at all hours and is always thinking how else she can step in and help beyond her primary duties (for example, she brought in a window cleaning crew and maintenance guy during this process, saving me the time and effort).
