Licensed as a full time realtor since 2004. I have 21 years experience in mortgage lending and originating. The first piece of real estate I sold was a commercial building. I have been actively selling foreclosure properties since 2007. I consistently close about 80-125 transactions per year. I volunteer with the Georgia Governmental Affairs Committee for GA Association of Realtors to help keep home ownership affordable and keep congress from passing laws that hinder home ownership.
