Jennifer was GREAT!! If you need to sell your house and sell it fast call Jennifer. I had an older home that needed updating. She staged the home for me and made it look fantastic! If she had not done that I don't believe I would have gotten the sale so quickly and at the right price. She is very knowledgeable and was there every step of the way. I was an out of state seller and this sale went through within 2 months of the listing. She had people to do all of the repairs needed, we passed inspection & it was closed in 2 months! That is the work of a great agent. She was well worth the money and she earned every penny of it! I would not hesitate to recommend Jennifer. She is one of the best real estate agents out there.

We first met Jennifer Chatham when she sold our daughter a home. I believe it was in 2011.
