I was a nervous first time home buyer with a lot of questions and concerns when I first contacted Jennifer. I was in a unique predicament in which I had to find a house for me and my family and do so without my wife physically present for the house hunting portion. She planned out viewings for me and was ready to show all of them almost as soon as I landed from a cross country flight. And by professional I mean knowing her craft, understanding the market and the emotional and financial decisions of her customers going into a relocation. She was able to navigate our (at times) choppy sales process. From the Market Analysis she provided, down to the strategy sessions we had to have to get our home sold as quickly as possible due to company relocation, Jennifer was always right where I needed her. I understand that in reviews you're supposed to eliminate the outliers (all top ratings and extremely low ratings) to arrive at an accurate viewpoint. However, Jennifer was on top of every minute detail. Her responsiveness was phenomenal. From MLS search requests, property reviews, prior listing details, etc., no response was longer than 1-2 days with most being within minutes or hours. I made offers on multiple properties. For the one offer, while it could've cleared easily, Jennifer advised me that going forward would entail identifiable risk and it was in her professional opinion to withdraw the offer. This demonstrated her integrity and willingness to make sure that I was fully satisfied and content at the end of the day and transaction. Additionally, in my personal unique scenario, the sellers realtor failed to properly fill out a few required forms. Jennifer went above and beyond in filling out the required forms necessary for the bank that were outside her responsibility scope to ensure the transaction properly moved along from a timing perspective. In summary, she continually kept me advised on the current status of negotiations, was prompt in answering all questions, and was forthright in all the details.
