Jennifer, Mike, and the entire Team once again exceeded our expectations! They did an extraordinary job negotiating the purchase of our dream home, one we believed was out of our reach just a few months before. We were in the fortunate position of being able to sell our current home, which they helped us buy in 2014, after moving into our new home. While waiting to move into our new home, Jennifer & Mike helped us prepare our current home to hit the market days after we moved. There was a tight timeline to paint, replace carpets, and some appliances, but that effort resulted in multiple offers within the first week while being in a very tough market due to rising interest rates. Jennifer and her team, from our first conversation to the last were consummate professionals. Jennifer was honest and displayed a great deal of integrity even with the tougher parts of the conversations that needed to be had. At Jennifer's recommendation we made some investments up front, however they paid off tremendously on the backside when we sold our home. It went on the market and in 3 days we had multiple offers, all above ask, closing a few weeks later.

Jennifer was an absolutely amazing first real estate agent for us in our time in Seattle. When we were first time homebuyers back in 2018, we were referred to Jennifer by our loan officer. She quickly met with us and helped us immediately start looking for homes, quickly hearing what we liked and didn't like. She helped us get out to see one home that we were interested in an extra time before we made an offer which eventually turned into the home that we purchased (it was amazing that our first offer was accepted as it was an extremely hot sellers market back then!). She was fantastic during the whole process, helping us with the inspection as well as negotiating terms with the sellers around appliances and furniture they were leaving behind. I was traveling during the process as well and she kept me updated on everything that was happening even while I was away from the area. In the end we had a very smooth closing experience and we were successful first time homebuyers thanks to her!When we decided that we were going to move back to the east coast, we immediately reached out to Jennifer as we knew we wanted her help in selling our home that she had originally helped us buy. Jennifer suggested we upgrade our house with new paint and carpet if possible in order to best prepare it for the sale. We were a little skeptical but we trusted her so we went ahead and did it. It ended up being so worth it as we received 21 offers and were able to sell our home for 60k over our list price! Her husband Mike was also super helpful during the selling process, providing feedback from showings as we received it and helping us to review the offers once they were all in.All in all, Jennifer Clukey is a stellar and top notch realtor that I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Seattle/Puget Sound. I wish I had found Jennifer before finding another agent first. As a first time home buyer, there was many places to find listings. But listings are just pictures of homes with numbers attached. I had no clue what I was looking at and worse there was a sea of expired listings to get my hopes up. When I first met with Jennifer, she didnt show me a single home for at least an hour. She spent time getting to know my needs and presenting market information so I could have context on what I was shopping for. Once we found our property is really where Jennifer became our secret weapon. Her people skills are top notch.
