I began my career in Real Estate in late 2006 as the housing market was getting tough. I hit the ground running, not looking back. Failure was not an option. Month after month continually placing at the top as a producer in Tarrant County led to business expansion. In 2008 I developed a team and began to train Real Estate agents I now lead a real estate team, know as The Deerman Group. We are one of the top producing teams in Tarrant county. I hold Realtor designations such as CRS, ABR, CDPE, SFR. To my clients this means I am a loyal, dedicated hardworking agent that is committed in staying at the top of education and technology that my industry has to offer. I measure my success as a Realtor by the number of referrals I receive from my clients that I have worked with. I have 3 children, So I understand the importance of location, schools and finding that right area when it comes to home buying. I have an interior design background that comes i n handy when staging a home to sell.
