I'll start off by saying that working with Jenn as our realtor was a great experience and I would highly recommend her to everyone! My wife and I had some tougher requirements, and wanted to make sure that we found a home for our family that we would be able to be in for an extended period of time. Because of this, we communicated to Jenn that we might be looking for a prolonged time. From our very first meeting, she listened to what we were looking for, asked us great questions, and made us feel immediately comfortable with her. Once we started looking, Jenn got us into houses we wanted to see very quickly, and also suggested other ones to us that she found meeting our requirements. We definitely had an enjoyable house hunting experience with her, because she was friendly, responsive, and offered helpful insight, but wasn't in any way pushy. We found a home that we loved and met some of our harder criteria only after a few weeks of looking - and it was a house that we never would've looked at without Jenn suggesting it to us! After finding the house, Jenn expertly helped us negotiate an issue found in the inspection so that we were able to continue through with the entire process. I hope to not have to buy another house for a very long time, but if I do, I will definitely contact Jenn to be my realtor. Again, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable realtor who helps a potentially stressful experience go smoothly!

We had represented ourselves in the sale of our home recently that was a $1.6+M price point. After listing on a Thursday evening, Jenn bought her clients thru Friday, the next day, and then called to say that her clients were very interested. This was the first showing of eight interested parties over that weekend. By Sunday evening we had 3 full price/plus offers and all were well qualified. We chose who we sold the home to primarily on the professional confidence that Jenn, their agent, presented in our initial discussions, subsequent clarifications and follow on actions. We opened escrow two days later with Jenn. We are so glad we did as she made the 30 day escrow extremely smooth and without any hiccup whatsoever. She had a professional team behind her and orchestrated every step of the process flawlessly. Jenn was very pleasant to do business with, always available and represented her clients just brilliantly. Her business sense and personal/people skills just oozed professional attributes that make you want to do business with her. We had decided to represent ourselves this time only because we had a nightmare of a time last year with a realtor and ended up taking our home off the market. Having dealt with Jenn for this transaction, she has restored our confidence in this process and we would not hesitate in engaging her if we were selling OR buying another home. You have a choice of who you engage with, be careful as this can make or lose you with your dream home. Jenn was awesome!

Jenn was very helpful from the start to the finish. She goes above and beyond. Her best quality for us was her ability to get right down to getting all things explained in a professional and efficient manner. I will use Jenn again.

I was very pleased with professionalism and competence Jenn displayed during the process of selling my rental property. She was great working with the Tenant during the selling process to ensure all parties (prospective buyers, seller, & tenants) felt like their needs were being met. Her communication was excellent, and her attention to detail was top notch.
