Excellent Team. We found them online and they contacted us, just like everybody else. However, we decided to give them a change and we are glad we did. We first met Jennifer and clicked right away. I was so lucky to find The Whipple Group. They have five stars here with very good reason. I was a first-time home buyer, and never once did I feel uncertain about the process. I knew everything was taken care of. Everyone in the office performs above expectations. Friendly, warm, professional, savvy, responsive, available, and easy to work with. Everyone on the team was confident and relaxed (in no way do I mean lax, I just mean they knew their job so well there was no stress). In turn, I felt relaxed and didn't experience the anxiety levels I so often hear about in a home purchase. I had no idea I was not their only client. Any question I had was answered immediately.
