Jennifer Ebner grew up in Savannah, but as a military spouse had the privilege of living in a variety of other places including Italy, Germany, Virginia, Massachusetts and Louisiana. Living in other places has given Jennifer a unique perspective of her hometown as both, a local and a newcomer.
