One word: AMAZING. I don't think it is possible to meet a realtor with as much dedication as Jen. She does everything an excellent relator should do and, on top of that, protects your interests, relentlessly follows-up every lead (no mater how realistic it may be) and never stops working until your place is sold. In addition, Jen is always accessible and willing to go the extra mile. I never write reviews, but I need to share the word...there is no other option in New Jersey aside from Jennifer Ehrenfeld. You can not go wrong

I was put in touch with Jennifer by Zillow when a property here caught my attention in early Summer 2019, and she showed me my first property in Jersey City. She nurtured my interest and really introduced me to the city and its realty possibilities with the eye of someone who lives and loves JC and marvels at its ongoing transformations. I didnt close on my Manhattan coop until July 2020 but in that period I gained a real education in all things Jersey City, and with Jennifer found several places that were serious possibilities for me. When I was introduced by friends to a private sale that really excited me, despite its risks (an unmodernized house in a neighborhood that was on the cusp of improvement), even though it would have been in Jennifers interests to steer me in the direction of a publicly listed property for which she would earn a full commission, she really saw the potential and beauty of this house, which I showed her, and was an encouraging voice in taking on the project. Naturally, I secured her skills as the transaction broker and she went above and beyond the technical tasks of offer writing and research, with countless instances of advice and professional connection. When we were looking at properties together, Jennifer totally learned my tastes and interests fast and steered me in the direction of excellent back up options, as my house deal was always a bit precarious. She really understands the market, its fluctuations, the psychology of sellers and fellow brokers, and would be a superb person to guide any serious buyer through this complex process.

Im a first time buyer and literally from start to finish (I met Jen while she was representing a seller), she was phenomenal! Working with Jen is like one stop shopping... if you need a mortgage, inspector, cleaning service, wood work, paint, etc... she has a contact that she recommends. Prior to closing, I recommended Jen to 2 of my closest friends. I cant speak higher of Jen...trust me!

Jen helped us with the purchase of our apartment in Paulus Hook neighborhood in Jersey City. As first time homebuyers in the US, Jen did an excellent job walking us through the whole process, and she took the time to explain and answer any question we had, which gave us the comfort we needed in the whole process of buying a house. She is supremely knowledgeable about the area, immediately responsive, and, perhaps most importantly for me, not pushy. Never. At all. She will not feed you any real estate mumbo jumbo--she wants you find what you are looking for at your timetable. She worked with us over a long period of time to find the right property at the right price. She has a background in design and fashion, which enhances her approach to real estate. She always had helpful and realistic feedback about properties, which helped us narrow down our options. Also, she is super fun and approachable... after walking through a few properties, you start feeling like you are just looking at properties with a friend. I highly recommend Jen--she's the best!

Jen is the absolute best! Shes so nice, so helpful, and incredibly patient. We had so many questions throughout our process and she guided us through it all and helped us close with ease. We dealt with quite a few real estate agents as we were browsing around and seeing what was out there, but Jen is honestly amazing.
