I've heard time and time again how stressful the home buying process is from friends, family and work colleagues, but working with Jennifer and her team at Homes & Loans was completely the opposite. It was a pleasure working with Jennifer and Patrick. They work phenomenally together as a team and on top of that they're a full service company. They handled the real estate purchase and the financing. Also, they have a great program for buyers. I received a no cost loan, zero origination fee and didn't pay for an appraisal and my credit. The interest rate that I received was better than everyone else that I compared them to. The reason for this is because of their "Homes & Loans Buyer's Program". Since Jennifer and Patrick own the brokerage together, they are extremely flexible. This in-turn saved me thousands out of pocket and tens of thousands in interest over the life of my loan. I can't thank Jennifer and Patrick enough at Homes and Loans. My family and I NEVER thought that owning a home was possible. They helped us find a 2 unit home and guided two families in realizing their dreams. Great communication and knowledge, but most importantly she cared about my families well being first and foremost. Jennifer helped me in the most time of need for me. She took the time to make sure that I was informed throughout my short sale process. For such a stressful time in my life, I was lucky to meet Jennifer by a family friend of mine. She had helped him and his family with a short sale and recommended Jennifer to me with great praise. Where can I start? I fell on hard times and couldn't afford my mortgage any longer. I tried to keep up, but couldn't. I met Jennifer and Patrick through my daughter who'd been searching for the best agent in my area; which is Glendale. She located a blog that had posts from many real estate agents, but her's stood out from the rest. Her insights and kindness attracted my daughter to give her a call. I don't know if if was the luck of the draw or not, but thank GOD we made the right decision to higher Jennifer to help. Jennifer's team got right to work and within 3 months time they had been able to help me obtain a government modification of loan. Did did all of this without charging me a penny. Not a penny! Everyone else I spoke to wanted thousands. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to keep up with the modified payments on my house so I had to sell my house. Jennifer helped me sell my home with a short sale and Patrick negotiated a nice payment from my bank inorder to help me with my move. I'm older now and don't want the responsibility of owning a home, but for everyone else; please do yourself a favor and give Jennifer a call.
