After dealing with another agent who told us not to negotiate on a price for a new home, we had all but given up. Then, Jennifer called us and struck up a conversation as to why we took our house off of the market. Thoroughly upset with our last agent, I was all but nice to her, but she not only could tell I was peeved at our last agent, she didn't push for a sale of any kind, just simple continued with our conversation, listening intently to my rant, and before I knew it, I had an afternoon appointment to list our house. We welcomed her into our home, hesitant to start the process all over again, but she was warm and friendly and everything you wanted from an agent.
