When listing my house I had a new build under construction. I needed to sell my house quick. I was apprehensive that anyone could do it in the timeframe that I wanted. Jenn pulled through for us and had the house sold within the first 3 weeks. She did not try to "sell" me on anything and was extremely easy to work with.
