Jennifer Gilchrest

Did not have a good experience with Jennifer. Her assistant was fantastic, however Jennifer herself dropped the ball several times with our home buying experience. Her negotiating skills were lacking, and most of all she was extremely unresponsive. There were times our family didn't hear back from her for 7 days even with voice-mail and texts. After talking with the previous home owners, they thought the deal was going to fall through because their realtor had been unable to contact her for over a week and she wasn't responding to texts, emails, or calls. In addition to this, our earnest money wasn't even applied to our closing costs until the day prior to closing because she forgot to send it to the title company. Once a contract is in place, thats it. Don't expect much further contact. It is my personal belief that she overworks herself. She talks a strong game, but due to our experiences, I cannot in good faith recommend her.
