Jen Winkler sold us our home in Manns Crossing. I couldnt be here, so she and my husband Facetimed me to be able to find us the perfect home. This shows her strength as a Realtor! Many have licenses (as do I in NY), but most cant anticipate needs like Jen does.

We had never previously sold a home before and were hesitant about selling a resale in a community with a lot of new builds. As soon as we met Jen, all of our fears subsided. Within 2 DAYS of listing our home, we were under contract- for asking price!! She answered all of our questions, no matter how silly, with a prompt, respectful reply. Jen was a true pleasure to work with on selling our home! We had a beautiful house, in a beautiful neighborhood, and in a tough selling market.After being in our new home for just over a year, we needed to relocate. Our home was listed and sat on the market for a good 6 months while the other new homes around us sold. Jen Winkler is the best! We have worked with her on renting our old home (and later selling it), purchasing a new home in Chapel Hill, and building a new one in Durham. She is great! Very knowledgeable on pricing in the area, and she will go above and beyond to help you at every turn. We have recommended her to several of our friends in the past with great experiences!
