Love what you do and it's not work! I have been a licensed Realtor for 28 years. Prior to that I was an administrative assistant at a real estate appraisal company for 2 years. This background has helped in evaluating properties.
Besides basic real estate knowledge I have earned several designations through additional training. ABR (Accredited Buyer's Agent), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). I have worked with a builder for over twenty years helping buyer's to get their dream home. We have helped people find lots and design their home.
My niche is the marketing and sale of properties. As a predominantly listing agent I have more time to promote the sale of homes. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist I counsel seniors on downsizing and available locations for 55+ communities.
