Over 20 years ago I purchased my first investment property; a 40 acre parcel of mixed forest, wetland, agricultural land and a rock outcrop with views of the Skagit Valley, Samish Bay and the San Juan Islands. I've been investing in real estate in both Skagit and Whatcom counties ever since and have added rehab properties and building lots to my portfolio. After purchasing several properties, I began to understand real estate and the market extremely well. Becoming an agent seemed like a natural next step since it combined my love for real estate and helping people. My true passion is being outside enjoying all the natural beauty up here in the Northwest. I'm an avid walker, mountain biker, skier, backpacker and day hiker.
