Jennifer is an all around amazing realtor! We hired her to help us with two things: 1) to sell our house and 2) to buy or build. We were new at all of those things so we needed someone who was willing to go the extra mile and help us each step of the way. Jennifer was incredible! She was very informative about how to stage and prepare our house for the buyers and also receive the selling price we wanted. Our house sold in 8 hours for a higher asking price than the surrounding comps. She helped us with our decision to build our next home, which was a bit scary, but she confidently walked us through the process from beginning to end. She has an eye for design, layout and what will make your life easier so we gladly took her advice. We highly recommend using her in any and all capacities when selling, buying or building a house.

Jen stewarded us through our home buying process in East Austin. I am honestly not certain how anyone would go through a home closing without Jen. She's that good. Jen led us through every intricate detail of contract legalese and processes, made herself readily available for any questions we had --- small, large, and however silly they may have been, and mentored us through the negotiation process as it became a bidding exchange. She's highly knowledgeable about the Austin marketplace, extremely professional, and working with her was truly a pleasure.
