If only all real estate agents were like Jennifer Hebert! She provides a level of service that is unmatched and sets the bar so high. Jen truly loves her job and it shows. She is genuinely invested in helping her clients not just find a home, but find one they LOVE. She is warm, attentive and professional from start to finish. Being out of state, she helped us over many months of house hunting / exploration trips. Over the course of which, Jen was more than gracious with her time. We started out with a huge geographical search, not knowing exactly where we wanted to land, and Jen graciously shared her rich knowledge of various neighborhoods and communities. She focused on our family's needs to find us a wonderful home in the craziest of times and market conditions. We had full trust in Jen to navigate us through the competitive market and remote transaction and everything went smoothly. We are grateful for her communication and organization. She's truly one of the best! We would definitely use her again (although we plan to stay a while).

Jennifer was AMAZING! She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and savvy about the local housing market. Jennifer was also very communicative and highly responsive, answering any questions I had very quickly. Because of the current market conditions, it was even more difficult to find a house than I had expected (and I had anticipated an extremely competitive market), but Jennifer always helped me remain optimistic even when I would get frustrated any number of times because a house I loved would receive numerous offers and skyrocket out of my reach. Jennifer always says she loves her job, and I know that has to be true because she has the patience of a saint. We viewed an inordinate number of houses, and Jennifer never gave up on me and never made me feel like I was wasting her time. She was confident I would find the right house, and she was right! With her help, I finally found my house, and I couldnt be happier. Im so grateful Jennifer was willing and able to help me navigate this market. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. We used Jennifer to purchase a new build. She was so on top of everything with the builder; she has exceptional attention to detail and I felt she had our back in every interaction. She handled all of the communication with the builder (which was such a relief to me, with so many other things going on in tandem). She's professional and it's clear that she has years of experience- she knew all the ins/outs with regards to inspection, things to think about for resale down the line, etc. She's a great communicator and gives you a sense of trust that she's got it covered. Highly recommend!

I was a first time buyer in a crazy market and I couldn't have hoped for more from my experience. Jennifer is super knowledgeable of the different areas around Denver, honest in her opinions about locations and conditions, and very friendly, easy to work with, and get in contact with at any point in time. She took a lot of the stress out of buying a home for the first time and I would absolutely recommend using her when looking to buy.

We worked with Jennifer with the purchase of a condominium in Lakewood, CO. I understood beforehand that this area was not normally the area that Jennifer did real estate transactions. Her area of business transactions was predominately in the southern area counties surrounding the city of Denver. Without hesitation, she agreed to help locate a dwelling in Lakewood. Her attitude to help really impressed us. We really enjoyed working with her because of her sincerity, professionalism, tenaciousness, and her great smile!
