This was my first time selling a house and I wasn't sure what to expect. I had a few things that were important to me and I feel like Jennifer listened and executed my needs. I am VERY pleased with her professionalism, her responsiveness, her approach to pricing my home and the whole selling process went way better than I had imagined.

Jennifer Johnston, Wow, what can I say? She is Exceptional!! She made me feel that I was her #1 priority. Jennifer was always there alerting me of new and changing listings, promptly messaging and email. She even help me find a mortgage broker willing to work with me on an unconventional loan. When it came time to make an offer she was fast, efficient, and covered all the details. Even when the contract needed an extra addendum, she made sure if was written correctly and all my options were covered and understood. Jennifer kept an eye on our house for almost Two years, as we were renting a house that was almost 1000 miles away from us. She kept us informed of changes that our tenant was making to our property. When it came time to sell, Jennifer made sure that we did not spend an unnecessary amount of money getting the house ready to sell. She understood the market and gave us extraordinary advice the selling process.

I did not know Jennifer Johnston until I saw a flyer from her regarding the Portland neighborhood where my husband and I owned a rental. (We live in a different city.) after seeing the flyer, we contacted Jennifer for additional information. She impressed us with her real estate knowledge, and all of our interactions since then have been excellent--timely, professional, and effective.
