This is my second sale with Jennifer Jule and she was excellent once again! I would highly recommend her for her knowledge, dedication, and professionalism! My house sold in 2 weeks and I was able to purchase a new home the same day as closing on my old one- and if it wasnt for Jenn pushing for this,I do not believe this would have been the case. The amount of time and effort that she put into our sale and purchase will never be known because it was all behind the scenes- I was never stressed as I knew she would get it done. Jennifer was a blessing in my life. I was going through a really bad divorce. She was so professional but also very warm and caring. She handled every important thing seemingly with ease. I honestly dont think anyone else would have worked for me. I consider her a friend to this day. Im hoping to use her services again some day when Im ready and able to buy again. If anyone ever asked me for a realtor. Hands down it would be Jen. With everything I was going through. I have to say Jennifer wasalways happy and uplifting every time we spoke. Made the whole experience pain free.
