My husband and I moved here from out of state this month. Our agent was awesome. She helped select and buy the "perfect" house for us. We were very lucky to have such a knowledgable, patient, and committed agent guide us through all the steps of buying a new house. When we could not be present for the walk through she was there for us. Moving to a big area like Raleigh is a little overwhelming and our LuxuryMovers Team agent answered our many questions about having extra work done on the house, shopping, and finding our way around. I've worked with several real estate agents and Luxury Movers and Jennifer Lange in particular were the best! They have been very responsive and immediately addressed every issue or concern we had. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and aware of the current market and how to respond effectively. She was always ready with neighborhood comparisons and presented us with research on any property we were even remotely interested in. Many times she would provide us with estimates for additions/repairs right on the spot as she was showing us a property. Jennifer was very delightful, always cheery and optimistic. Yet when it came time to put in an offer she was a winning a negotiator. Everyone on the team was professional and punctual. Simply put- we couldn't have been happier! Jennifer and her team were amazing! There's so many things I could say about their friendliness, their helpful attitudes, professionalism, etc... But the fact that our house was only on the market for 30 days, and sold at our asking price besides, speaks more about their capabilities than I could! Absolutely recommended!!!

Fast! Amazingly Fast! From first phone call to first meeting with agent to getting listed to actually selling--everything was easy, competent, professional, friendly, and fast! My phone calls and e-mail responded to usually within the hour if not sooner. In every way, everything that LuxuryMovers did indicated to me that they are seriously on their game. And as far as I could tell, they know all the modern methods to get a house listing out there, working with all the web sites and apps and anything else that people go to when looking for a house. And I got e-mail updates when anyone looked at my house including any feedback from the potential buyers, plus followups from LuxuryMovers immediately if anyone showed any serious interest. I was always in the loop. And even after the house went under contract, they were still there every day relaying questions from the buyer, making sure everything that needed to be in place was in place, keeping me apprised of all important information I needed to know as the process progressed, and of course quickly answering any questions I might have. I am seriously impressed with LuxuryMovers and their incredible customer service, and have no problem recommending them fully.

Jennifer was helpful in so many ways. Her advice on improvements needed before we went on the market was a specific list with "have to do these" and "hold these for negotiation". She warned us about things that people may not like, but we shouldn't change. The pictures she took made the house look wonderful. When the house began showing, we got immediate feedback. But Jennifer was especially great when we got an offer. Her advice was key in getting us a fantastic deal, better than we had ever hoped to get. Throughout the closing process, she and her team took care of our sale, helping us through the ton of paper work in a most efficient and easy way. We had dreaded the idea of selling. Jennifer made it easy.
