My husband had wanted to buy a new house for a long time, but had difficulty selecting a realtor who was really willing to work with us patiently to find a house that matched our needs. Robin suited us perfectly! Her guiding principle was that she really wanted us to find our dream home, one where we would truly be happy. Robin worked hard to find homes that met our specifications and would preview the homes and narrow down the search for us so that we could spend our time focusing on homes that were the best possibilities for our needs. When we ultimately put an offer on the home, Robin worked hard to make sure that the inspection and survey was done quickly, and successfully negotiated repairs that were needed. We now have our dream home! I would recommend Robin to anyone looking for a home without hesitation.
