You can not go wrong with Jennifer Daniel Milligan or the Daniel Team. They are all professional, available, courteous, hardworking, honest and trustworthy. Jennifer and her team made you feel as if you were the only client they had which is far from the truth. Jennifer must work 24 hours a day, seven days a week to keep everything going like clockwork. I found the team through one of the agents on the team whose daughter dances with my daughter. I interviewed three companies and had each "pitch" me. While not the highest value suggested, I chose Jennifer and her team because of their sales record. She told me her avg days on market last year was 11 days and that very few of her homes listed sold below list. Everything happened just as she said. They had a clear plan. They brought in an experienced stager and I did exactly what she told me to do. I had multiple offers within 2 days. The offer I accepted was for significantly more than list. We went to contract on March 9 and closed April 3. What more can I say!! I guess that the whole team is exceptional including Lisa, the home office watch dog and bird dog. Jennifer and her team made me feel like their only client. They are true professionals!
