When we learned we were expecting our second child, we knew it was time to think about putting the house on the market. We lived in a 90 year old Hyde Park home on a busy street with hardly enough space for our growing family. We were very skeptical about listing the home because we hadnt lived there but a few years, and were unsure of how we would fare financially. We called Team Synergi out to discuss our options. Overall, our experience with Keller Williams and Team Synergi was very positive. We were able to see the houses we sent them very quickly and they had lots of knowledge about the surrounding neighborhoods and the values of the homes in those areas. We worked with Amber and she was great! Very positive, quick to respond, and really wanted to get to know what was important to us when looking for our home. Jennifer and her real estate partner, Alan Whisman, were an excellent team at marketing our home which had been on the market for a long time. They had a solid, individually crafted plan for selling our home They never gave up, always trying something new. They always encouraged us that they would find a genuine offer. We had some offers that were not genuine, but they hung in there with us. We are grateful that they did so. It was a long journey for us, but we felt supported all the way.
