My husband and I loved working with Jennifer! We were first time home buyers and knew nothing about the market, she was very up front, honest and knowledgeable about everything! Every question we asked, she had an answer for and we felt very secure and informed whenever we looked at homes. She helped us find our beautiful home by listening to what we liked and disliked about each property she took us to. She was very patient, kind, responsive, and worked with our schedule. Jennifer was professional from the start. She discussed all of my options in selling my home and gave me her suggestions based on the current market and activity. Her input gave me the information that I needed to decide what I was comfortable listing the property for. She stated data that was east to understand. She gave me the full ability to decide things on my on and gave me input into why or why not to do something. Because of her guidance, I had a showing the evening that I listed and another one the next morning. I received solid offers from both parties right away. I accepted the best one and had the papers signed by that evening. Jennifer did everything else. My house ended up appraising less than the offer I received. She quickly negotiated with the buyers and their realtor to make the transaction agreeable to everyone. I was pleased with her ability to do so as quickly as she did.
